"Bachmanity Insanity" pumped the brakes on the main storyline that has been driving season three of Silicon Valley, the one that has been giving viewers so many stress headaches between jokes.
It is a vengeful god that transforms all who weather it into sad sacks at best and neurotic maniacs at worse. The tech industry giveth and taketh away. The landscape inhabited by the Pied Piper crew is a constantly changing, continuously evolving monster, and the men and women working within it are essentially braving an abusive partnership each and every day. Silicon Valley has always been, first and foremost, a show about the relationship between a group of people and their industry.
